Diamond Platinumz
Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platinumz, has been allegedly arrested by his country’s police officers for falling short of the new Electronic and Postal Communications (Online Content) Regulations, introduced a few weeks ago and this happened due to his “ïnappropraite” Instagram, post.
On Monday, 16th of April, Diamond posted series of videos on his Instagram stories where he was seen making out with another girl after previously posting a photo of himself and his second baby mama whom he reportedly reconciled with after being dumped by his first baby mama, Zarinah Hassan on valentine’s day for infidelity.
The posts on Instagram were shades to both of his baby mamas. To Zariah Hassan, he posted with the caption; “Ukiachiwa achiya” which translates to “When you get dumped, lose yourself,” while to Hamisa Mobetho, he said; “She said she want child support, nikamwambia nenda kwa RC (I told her go to the RC),” the statement is referencing her recent move of taking him to court over child support.
According to the Tanzanian Information Minister, Harrison Mwakyembe, Diamond Platinumz has gone against the newly introduced law and the authorities plan to file charges against him even though he has removed the post from his Instagram account.

Nigerian singer and Mavin records’ artiste, Dr Sid was on the 18th of April harassed by Special Anti-Robbery Squad officers (SARS) with claims that he is a YahooBoy!
This was spotted on Instagram where his label mate, Reekado Banks and Nigerian comedian, BasketMouth intervened before the singer was almost physically assaulted, that is after his phone was seized by the officials.
According to an eyewitness, Laide;
“Sars operatives stopped a random vehicle on freedom way, Lekki Phase 1, thinking the driver was a yahoo boy.
After routine check, they found nothing implicating, and resorted to seizing the phone of the driver. Little did they they know, that this person is Dr Sid. They insulted and attempted to assault him physically.Thanks to ReekadoBanks and K-Solo, who were there, before @basket_mouth who was driving by saw them and stopped to know what was wrong. Then, it dawned on the SARS operatives that these guys were not their “yahoo boy customer” Ise baje
That’s how Dr Sid vex too and started to call. Just imagine that it was an “ordinary ” civilian that was harassed today, baba for don dey cell now.”
This action only proves the campaign Nigerians have been going on and on about to end SARS operation as most of the operation revealed have allegedly been to unnecessarily lynch Nigerians.

She shamelessly woes her man which is not what we see most times, singing his praises and his place in her life and how her lif will look and feel without him which from her descriptions, seems like nothing. This song is Simi’s way of telling us that love isn’t comfort or you doing what you want because you feel like it. The title even says it, but what we should focus on isn’t the title, it should be “For” because the issue isn’t about the action, it’s about who you’re doing it for. To this Nigerian talented vocalist, sometimes you don’t feel like doing things when you’re in love, but because of your partner and how it’ll make them feel, you’ll do it. She went on to encourage her partner to not give up on her because she’s worth the risk. A relationship we all know is not an easy ship to move but with an understanding of this wisdom Simi is giving us in form of music, trust me it’ll make the movement of the ship easier. This is an Ebenezer Obey inspired song with a Simi twist and vibe. The song is one that encourages people to keep pushing that which they’re doing even though it looks like it’s not working because it is and at the end of the day, their case is in the hands of God. She addresses different issues, from our hustle to love to marriage and delayed childbirth in marriage. This is a song to remind you that no matter your worries, which at the end of the day aren’t necessary, only God knows how your case will turn out and it’ll eventually turn out for good.. just trust in God and don’t give up!

After a report was filed against Wande Coal for allegedly abducting his child, his label, Black Diamond Entertainment has released a statement from the artiste, stating that everything his baby-mama told blogs and social media are all lies except the paternity of the child.
According to the mail sent to Notjustok.com, Wande Coal has remained a very private person over the years and has only allowed his music speak for him. He, however, believes that these allegations against him and his family by Ms. Temitope Ogunnusi deserve a response.

“I want to start by saying that the only truth that has been said so far, is that the child is my son. Everything else is a lie. I honestly do not want to say much because, at the end of the day, this is family and Temitope is the mother of the child but I must clarify a few things that She has failed to mention to blogs and websites who have refused to fact-check this story. Things that she has used to attack my character and the reputation of my family.
Temitope has failed to mention to the public that she did not tell me she was pregnant with my son. I didn’t even know she was pregnant. She married another man and claimed that the child was his and she never told me. We (my family) only knew about the child after her husband and other people, including her aunty, found out the child looked like me. She was returned to her family with the child. The Child was taken to D’banj’s mother who then reached out to my mother and asked for a paternity test to be done. This is why the paternity test was done in 2010 and not 2008. The house the Mohits Crew stayed in at the time was owned by Dbanj’s mother and as Mohits grew, everyone moved to the Maryland house. I did not leave the neighbourhood. Everyone knew where we moved to.
After we confirmed that the child was mine, my mother visited Temitope and everyone agreed that the child needed a cleaner and better environment. My mother took the child, Temitope and her sister to our house for a week. After that week, Temitope left and has not returned since to check on the child. Not even on his birthdays. In 2011, my mother reached out to Temitope and told her that she was disappointed in her. Temitope promised to come visit the child. She never did.
Temitope was in a “fashion school” which she left for reasons best known to her. Not because of the baby as she was married to someone else. My mother paid for a full session in another fashion school to make sure she had something to support herself. Temitope stopped attending three months after she started. If my mother didn’t want to see her, or allow her near the child, why would she do that for her?
The claim that she was refused entry to the house is also a lie. My parents have not changed phone numbers, neither have they moved from the house since the child was given to us. Why hasn’t she taken her family to my parents’ house if she was refused entry? She has both my father’s and mother’s numbers.
I have read things that blogs have stated that my mother said and I can say confidently that my mother would never say such a thing. I must also clarify, that when I knew Temitope, she was 20 years old and the name “Joseph” is not my son’s name. That was the name she and her husband named him.
My parents are respectable and God-fearing people, and it is disrespectful for anyone to portray them as Temitope, or blogs and media platforms have portrayed them.
The only reason I will not press charges is because she is the mother of the child. Temitope, stop telling lies. You have a chance to correct this error. No one has stopped you from seeing the child. No one will. I am focused on my career and building a future for my family and if you truly care about the child as you claim, you and your family should reach out to my family.
I love my son and this is the kind of madness I work hard to protect him from. I have said enough as these issues are family matters and I want to keep the rest of it that way.
For the record, the woman in that picture is not my mother and I do not know who she is.
